Woodworking-2025 International Exhibition Is Underway in Minsk

The Football Manege exhibition complex (20/2 Pobediteley Avenue, Minsk) is currently hosting one of the key events of the year — the 30th International Specialized Exhibition “Woodworking-2025.”
The event brings together manufacturers, suppliers, and professionals from the forestry, woodworking, and furniture sectors under one roof. It is organized by MinskExpo JSC with the support of the Belarusian Chamber of Commerce and Industry and its enterprise Belinterexpo.

The Woodworking Industry — From Raw Material to Finished Product
Exhibitors present equipment and technologies covering the entire woodworking cycle — from forest harvesting and timber transportation to high-tech furniture production and modern wooden housing construction.
Visitors can explore:
- modern CNC machines, milling, cutting, and sanding centers;
- drying chambers and equipment for lumber processing and calibration;
- materials and components for furniture manufacturing — chipboard, MDF, fittings, adhesives, and coatings;
- innovative bioenergy and wood waste recycling solutions.
A dedicated area focuses on renewable energy within the special section “Bioenergy.” Here, visitors can see technologies for biomass processing and pellet production in action.

“The Time of Wood”: Tradition Meets Modern Design
One of this year’s highlights is the new project “The Time of Wood: Baths, Gazebos, and Woodcraft.”
Artisans, designers, and architects demonstrate how modern technologies can reinterpret traditional craftsmanship — from creating bathhouse complexes to designing exclusive handmade wooden furniture and décor.
Business Program and Live Demonstrations
In addition to the exhibition, “Woodworking-2025” features a rich business agenda. Daily roundtables, workshops, and presentations are dedicated to digital transformation in manufacturing, sustainable forestry, and workforce development.
Experts discuss export opportunities for Belarusian wood products and new forms of international cooperation.

Demonstration zones operate throughout the venue, allowing visitors to observe woodworking equipment and tools in real-time.
A special highlight of the event is the “Bathing Path: The Beginning” championship, where masters of sauna culture from various countries showcase both traditional and contemporary steaming techniques.
International Cooperation and Business Connections
The exhibition has brought together dozens of companies from Belarus, Russia, China, Germany, Italy, and other countries. For many manufacturers, participation is an opportunity to strengthen market presence and present new solutions in deep wood processing, furniture manufacturing, and wooden construction.
Organizers emphasize that “Woodworking-2025” continues to be one of Eastern Europe’s leading industry platforms — a place where key trends emerge, new partnerships are formed, and contracts are signed that shape the future of the woodworking sector for years to come.
