Privacy Policy

This Privacy and Personal Data Processing Policy (hereinafter – the “Privacy Policy”) is the official document of Limited Liability Company “Western Forest”, developed and approved in accordance with established procedures. It defines the procedure for collecting, processing, and protecting information, including personal data of individuals who use the online resource located at https://western-forest.com/ (hereinafter – the “Website”).
The current version of this Privacy Policy is a public document, available to any Internet user at https://western-forest.com/ru/privacy-policy.

1. Terms and definition

1.1. Website — the website located at https://western-forest.com.
All exclusive rights to the Website and its elements (including software, design, and all content) belong in full to LLC “Western Forest”.
1.2. Website Administration (Administration) — the owner of the Website, LLC “Western Forest”, represented by Director Anna Sergeeva, as well as authorized persons acting on behalf of the owner.
1.3. User — any person using the Website.
1.4. Legislation — the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.

2. General provisions

2.1. This Privacy Policy regulates the purposes, methods, and conditions under which the Administration uses the User’s personal information.
2.2. By submitting a form on the Website, the User provides personal data to the Administration. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of the received personal data, except in cases where verification is required to fulfill obligations to the User. The Administration may request additional information deemed necessary to identify the User and prevent misuse or violation of third-party rights.
2.3. By accepting this Privacy Policy, the User understands and agrees that the information provided on the Website may be used by the Administration within the limits and for the purposes specified herein.
2.4. The use of the Website or submission of a form constitutes acceptance of this Privacy Policy.
2.5. Processing of personal data is based on the User’s consent.
2.6. This Privacy Policy has been developed and approved in accordance with the following acts, including but not limited to:

• Law of the Republic of Belarus No. 99-З of May 7, 2021 “On Personal Data Protection”;
• Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and Council of April 27, 2016 (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR).

3. Collection and processing of personal data

3.1. Purposes of processing personal data:

• Compliance with legislative and regulatory acts of the Republic of Belarus, including execution of functions and duties imposed by law;
• Conclusion, execution, and termination of contracts;
• Communication with Users;
• Sending service notifications, commercial offers, and marketing or informational messages.

3.2. Personal data may also be processed for other purposes required to ensure compliance with the law.
3.3. The Website may process the following data:

• User’s surname, name, and patronymic;
• Email address;
• Phone number or fax;
• Anonymized technical data automatically transmitted by software, including IP address, cookie information, browser type, access time, and requested page address;
• Other information (the list may vary depending on the purpose of processing).

3.4. The User is prohibited from submitting personal data of third parties on the Website.

4. Procedure for processing personal and other data

4.1. The Administration undertakes to use Personal Data in accordance with the current legislation of the Republic of Belarus.
4.2. The Administration has the right to store an archived copy of Personal Data and other Data.
4.3. Personal Data may be transferred to third parties:

• In anonymized form for system analysis, personalized recommendations, and advertising adjustments;
• To authorized state bodies of the Republic of Belarus in accordance with legislation;
• To partners of LLC “Western Forest”.

4.4. Processing of the User’s Personal Data is carried out without time limitation, by any lawful means, including automated and non-automated systems.

5. Protection of personal data

5.1. The Administration takes all necessary organizational and technical measures to protect Personal Data from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction, as well as from unlawful actions by third parties.

6. Additional provisions

6.1. The legislation of the Republic of Belarus applies to this Privacy Policy and all related relations between the User and the Website.
6.2. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus at the place of registration of LLC “Western Forest”.
Before filing a claim in court, the User must follow a mandatory pre-trial procedure by submitting a written complaint to LLC “Western Forest”. The response period is 30 (thirty) business days.
6.3. If any provision of this Privacy Policy is found invalid or unenforceable, this shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions.
6.4. The Website Administration reserves the right to amend this Privacy Policy without prior notice or consent from the User.
6.5. The new Privacy Policy becomes effective upon publication on the Website, unless otherwise specified in its text.
